If you receive a defective item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing Support@Dispomode.com or using our online form. Describe the problem and provide any necessary pictures as evidence of the defect.
- We will review your request and, if approved, send you a return shipping label. We will decide whether to cover return shipping costs on a case-by-case basis, and these costs may be subtracted from your refund.
- Send the defective item back to us using the provided shipping label. Once we receive it, we will inspect the item to confirm the defect.
- After inspection, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. The refund amount will equal the original purchase price of the defective item.
Please note:
- We only offer refunds for defective items, not exchanges.
- Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, such as minor scratches, cosmetic issues, or discoloration.
- This policy applies only to defective items and does not cover refunds for other reasons, like changing your mind or being unhappy with the product.
